Selected models of the designed industrial structures are presented below. The 3D structural model was made in Tekla Structures and the static calculations in Dlubal RFEM or SCIA Engineer.

Silo support structure
Steel support structure for the newly designed silo with a capacity of V=225m3. The silo is supported on 4 columns. Additionally, three platforms were designed in the structure to connect it with the existing buildings.

Technology building
The bucket conveyor building was placed on a pre-engineered steel floor, located on the roof of a 45m high silo. Already at the design stage, the assembly of the fully assembled building on the silo roof was foreseen.

Industrial bridge
Industrial bridge of aeration installation, planned and designed to match the existing factory buildings. The geometry of the bridge was adjusted on the basis of previously made 3D scans of the existing state.

Stainless steel silo
Silo for food products made of stainless steel with substructure. Silo is based on four columns made of closed profiles, which are frame structures. Volume of silo is V = 20m3.

Warehouse hall extension
Extension of a single-bay warehouse hall. Connection of new part of the hall to the existing building was made on the basis of geometry obtained from 3D scans and local measurements of the existing building.
