Selected models of the designed industrial structures are presented below. The 3D structural model was made in Tekla Structures and the static calculations in Dlubal RFEM or SCIA Engineer.

Corner tower


A corner transfer tower with a staircase within the newly designed process line. The tower provides support for the conveyor belt unit together with equipment and process installations.

Modular structure


Modular container steel structure made of closed profiles. Adapted for easy assembly and disassembly in specific climate zones. It is a Christmas stand with mulled wine.

Machine platforms


Industrial stainless steel machine platforms made entirely of closed profiles. Some platforms are anchored in concrete slab, some are mounted directly to the machines.

Silo support structure


Steel support structure for the newly designed silo with a capacity of V=225m3. The silo is supported on 4 columns. Additionally, three platforms were designed in the structure to connect it with the existing buildings.

Transfer tower


The corner tower is located in the central part of the technological line. It provides support for three transfer bridges in which technological equipment and installations are placed.

Supporting structure


Supporting structure for the mobile device dosing the material for production. Additionally, the structures was equipped with 2 crane beams for servicing the technological equipment.

Technology building


The bucket conveyor building was placed on a pre-engineered steel floor, located on the roof of a 45m high silo. Already at the design stage, the assembly of the fully assembled building on the silo roof was foreseen.

Industrial bridge


Industrial bridge of aeration installation, planned and designed to match the existing factory buildings. The geometry of the bridge was adjusted on the basis of previously made 3D scans of the existing state.

Staircase


A steel staircase fixed to the wall of the newly designed silo at a height of 55 m. It is the crossing between the new silo and the existing silo.

Stainless steel silo


Silo for food products made of stainless steel with substructure. Silo is based on four columns made of closed profiles, which are frame structures. Volume of silo is V = 20m3.

Determination of support reactions of an industrial pipeline with a pipe diameter of 2.0 to 2.5 m, located inside and outside of an industrial complex. The facility is located in a seismic area.

Single-bay steel warehouse hall. The main frames of the hall are made of I-beam profiles and the walls and roof are covered with sandwich panels.
